      此設備是為自動安裝檢測汽車空調溫控閥的閥芯組件而開發的。  

      閥芯組件的組成:閥芯座,彈簧,O型圈,閥帽  

      設備描述:

      此設備為轉盤式結構,共分為16個工位  

      1.           Screw  Loading.

      1.1.         Vibrator bowl with buffer will be used for screw loading.

      1.2.         At least 500 pieces of screw can be loaded at one time.

      1.3.         Vibrator bowl will vibrate out screw one by one to linear track.  

      1.4.         Pickup head will pick up the screw one at a time and place onto rotary  table.

       

      2.          Screw Presence Check

      2.1.         Keyence/Omron Presence sensor is used to detect the presence of screw on  the jig.

       

      3.           OD Cleaning / Blowing

      3.1.          Attached  structure with blower/vacuum system connected to OD position to clean possible  particle on Screw.

       

      4.           ID Cleaning / Blowing

      4.1.          Attached  structure with blower/vacuum system connected to ID position to clean possible  particle on Screw.

       

      5.           O-Ring Loading

      5.1.         Vibrator bowl with buffer will be used for O-ring loading.

      5.2.         At least 500 pieces of O-ring can be loaded at one time.

      5.3.         Vibrator bowl will vibrate out O-ring one by one to linear track.  

      5.4.         Pickup head module will pick up the O-ring.

      5.5.         Pickup head will have special design jaw that will insert the O-ring to  the screw.

       

       

      6.           O-Ring Presence and size

      6.1.          Keyence/Omron Presence  sensor is used to detect the presence of O-ring on the screw.

      6.1.1.      Size of O-ring  must be controlled

       

         

      7.         Screw   Oiling station

       

      8.           Spring Loading

       

      8.1.         Vibrator bowl with buffer will be used for spring loading.

      8.2.         At least 500 pieces of spring can be loaded at one time.

      8.3.         Vibrator bowl will vibrate out spring one by one to linear track.  

      8.4.         Pickup head will pick-up spring and place inside the screw

       

      9.           Spring Force Check & Presence

      9.1.         Force sensor will be used for checking spring force.

      9.2.          At the  same time, signals are programmed to determine the presence of spring on  screw.

      9.3.         Force sensor is installed on structure able to move up down  position.

       

      10.        Spring  Oiling station

       

       

       

      11.        Ball Valve Loading

       

      11.1.               Vibrator bowl with buffer will be used for ball valve loading.  

       

      11.2.               At least 500 pieces of ball valve can be loaded at one time.

       

      11.3.                Vibrator bowl will vibrate out ball valve one by one to linear  track.

       

      11.4.            Two  vibrators bowls is used at this station. The additional bowl is as below  illustrations including bowl, track and vibrator which whole set can be easily  change by removing 4 screws from the base.


      The  machine will consist of:  

       

      1 bowl  for adjusting screws

      1 bowl r  for the O-rings

      1 bowl  for the springs

      2  interchangeable bowls set for the ball valves

       

      It  include the bowl, track and vibrator

      Which  whole set can be easily change by removing 4 screws from the base.  

       

       

       

      11.5.                Pickup  head will pick-up ball valve and place on top of spring.

      11.6.                Special tool head will be used to press ball valve.

       

       

      12.        CCD  Checking

       

      12.1.               Cognex vision camera is used to check the ball valve.

      12.2.                The  vision camera is installed horizontal to perform checking from sideway of the  part.

      12.3.             These  camera also double checks that we choose the correct ball size

       

       

      13.        Spare Station

      13.1.        Spare station is assign for  future usage.

       

       

       

      14.        Good & Bad Part Unloading

       

      14.1.        Complete part will be  unloaded by a Pick & Place Arm into an aluminum tray.

      14.2.        Tray is built with capacity  to load 136 pcs completed part (according to drawing). The machine has to  fill at least 4 trays before it stops.

      14.3.        Bad part is drop to bad part  unloading bin flowing to a box beneath of machine.

       

      15.        Empty Jig Check

       

      15.1.          Presence sensor is used to  check and assure the jig module is empty before moved to first station.  

       

      16.    Spare  Station
